The Pocket Park is a brand-new dedicated vendor area in the Water Street pocket park being introduced at Harborfest 2026. With only 3 spots still available, this is an exclusive opportunity for vendors who want to connect with Harborfest's 50,000 annual attendees in a unique, curated setting.

Must be a registered business or sole trader operating legally in New York State
Choose which days you are available to vend - Fri, Sat and/ or Sunday (July 24-26). Vendor Rate- $150 Friday, $150 Saturday, $75 Sunday or $325 for all 3 days
Must comply with all City of Oswego vendor requirements and Harborfest policies
Application fee of $35 is non-refundable — paid at time of submission
Acceptance is not guaranteed — all applications are reviewed by the Harborfest team
