Here's How the Shuttles Work
Getting around Oswego during Harborfest 2026 is simpler than you might think. Free parking, two shuttle routes, and service running all four days means you can leave the parking stress behind and just enjoy the waterfront.
Free Parking at Romney Field House
Romney Field House is located off Route 104 West on Sheldon Ave., on the campus of SUNY Oswego. Parking is plentiful and free — and a shuttle runs continuously from the lot directly to Novelis Breitbeck Park and the other venues, just minutes away. No hunting for a spot, no meters, no stress. It's your easiest entry point to the festival, especially on Saturday when the crowds are at their biggest.

A third bus runs on Saturday evening from 9:30 PM to Midnight to handle post-fireworks crowds returning to the Romney lot.

Ride All Weekend for $5
Riding the shuttle requires a Shuttle Button — and at $5.00 for all four days, it's the best deal at the festival. Children 10 and under ride free.
